5HP24 - 5-speed gearbox produced in the years 1995-2005, intended for 6- and 8-cylinder engines (Diesel and IC engines). Installed in Audi and BMW with RWD and AWD drive with engines with capacity from 2.4L to 4.5L. This is an intermediate gearbox between 5HP19 and 5HP30.
