6T70 - The 6-speed gearbox has been produced since 2007 and is installed in GM cars with engines from 3.0L to 4.0L. It achieves a torque of 400 Nm. 6T70 is the name used by GM, while Ford used a different name for this box - 6F50.

6T70

6F50, 6F50N - 6-speed transmission designed by GM and Ford and used in FWD and AWD cars with engines up to 3.5L. Installed in Ford Explorer and Taurus with 3.5 l petrol and 2.5 l diesel engines, as well as in Mazda Tribute and CX-9, Mercury Mariner and Milan. It achieves a maximum torque of 380 Nm. Two years after its introduction to the market, a more advanced modification called 6F55 was developed, achieving a torque of 407 Nm, intended for cars with a 3.5-liter V6 engine.

6F50 / 6F50N

6F55, 6T75 - modification of the 6F50 gearbox produced since 2007, intended for the American market. Designed for GM and Ford cars with 4.6L engines. Another name for this gearbox is 6T75.

6T80 - 6-speed gearbox designed for cars with FWD drive and transverse drive system. This is a powerful gearbox installed exclusively in the Cadillac XTS Twin-Turbo (410 kW). It achieves a torque of 500 Nm. Dexron VI oil is dedicated to this gearbox.
