AW80-40LE - The 4-speed gearbox was created in 1999 and was used in small FWD Toyota Yaris, Witz and Corolla vehicles with an engine capacity of 1.3L. Replaces the AW60-40 gearbox. Most often found on the Japanese market in right-hand drive vehicles. The U340E gearbox (parallel production of this gearbox) was used in Toyota Corolla 1.5L and larger capacity. The U540E (AQ4) is quite a rare solution used on Daihatsu with a simpler complete kit. Also installed in American small vehicles Cadillac, Buick, Ford and Chinese Donfeng, Landwind marked AW80-40LS and AW81-40LS.
